Dual Diode Module
Dual Laser System
Two high power semiconductor laser diodes at 1064 nm and 808 nm are optically beam shaped and combined to focus onto the same sample surface.
The custom system features a built-in motorized variable optical beam, and a simple to use GUI software.
Two water-cooled Q-Switched Nd:YAG lasers are optically combined to allow synchronized dual laser testing of smart cards.
Wavelengths selectable at 1064 and 532nm for each laser, with a repetition rate up to 50 Hz. Integrated optical attnuator allows incremental energy adjustable from 0% to 100%.
