The FA100S AIO is a compact all-in-one, air-cooled, flash lamp pumped, Q-switched Nd:YAG laser system, it is designed specifically for applications requiring low repetition rate and high pulse energy, such as semiconductor failure analysis, LCD repair, and general micromachining.

 

The FA100S AIO offers up to several mJ pulse energy at selected wavelengths of 1064, 532, 355 and 266 nm, and is capable of continuous 1 Hz operation, single shot, and 100 shots of bursts at 5 Hz.

 

The air-cooled architecture is used to eliminates the weight and complexity of water-cooling, which allows the FA100S AIO to be packaged into a compact and single box. The FA100S AIO laser is operated by a 24V DC source, and no additional power supply is needed. As a result, FA100S AIO can be easily mounted onto any microscopes or gantry systems. 

 

The FA100S AIO is designed as a hands-free laser, no internal adjustments and maintenance are required for normal laser operation. It uses a robust stable resonator design and its energy level and beam divergence are relatively insensitive to vibration and temperature variation.

 

The FA100S AIO laser system is designed to provide great flexibility in selecting laser parameters. Users can choose wavelength 1064, 532, 355 or 266 nm, set precise energy level, and adjust laser beam size with a push of a button on the Remote Laser Controller. A highly uniform cut from 50 μm x 50 μm (with 50X objective) to 1 μm x 1 μm (with 100X objective) can be readily achieved for various applications.
